Refund policy

Tradingedge.co.uk does not issue refunds. If you have any doubts about the value of the service provided, then you should refrain from subscribing.

 

Sometimes Tradingedge.co.uk is not able to post their educational trades due to Bank Holidays in the UK, as well as major holidays in the UK and US, which will not be refunded.

 

Uptime/Downtime Internet Outages

Tradingedge.co.uk will make every effort to maintain connectivity to the websites. Occasional outages, crashes, storms, and Acts of God may affect uptime. ISP's, web hosting companies, computers, power supplies, and other connection issues affecting uptime do and will occur from time to time. If any of these or other situations arise that prevent Tradingedge.co.uk management from sending e-mails and texts we will add on to the end of your subscription extra days corresponding to the number of days that the outage disrupted the service.

 

Cancellation of subscriptions

When you subscribe to Tradingedge.co.uk for 1or 3 months, you will automatically be charged, once renewal is due. If you wish to cancel your subscription renewal, we need 48 hours notice. This can be done via email. The most efficient way to cancel the subscription is to log into PAYPAL and cancel the Subscription payment there yourself.
